RUSTAM PUSHES BACK THE STONE BAKHMAN HAS THROWN DOWN ON HIM, Firdawsi. «Shah-nama»

The same scene that we saw in the miniature of XV century, but it is done in quite different way according to the terms and rules of Bukhara school. There are four characters, one of them is on the horse and Rustam’ horse. We see the large figure of Rustam and rather feeble Bakhman. Two other witnesses are just as composition elements. They make the miniature composition more complex. Without perspective the author forms illusion of endless mountains and ravines. You feel how much the author loves nature of Asian mountains.
